Live Yoga
I propose to explore and experience mainly Hatha Yoga, inspired by my experiences in India over the past ten years. These practices and techniques are taught in some yoga ashrams, meditation centers, ayurvedic clinics and in some schools som of which train Yoga teachers.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I will help you deepen your practice and achieve your goals.
Being a nomad teacher, sharing my time and space between California, Switzerland and India, I give classes wherever I go and travel.
I teach all levels, individually and in group classes.
